This is our classic Red Thai curry: red chilli, lemongrass and garlic dominate.This pack of fried onion/whole spice mix and Red Thai curry paste is ideal for an evening meal after a busy day. Cook at home in 30 minutes in 3 easy steps with you deciding how mild or hot to make it (each pack contains to sealed quantities of Red Thai Curry paste).
Each of the 5 125 g packs contains: fried onion, cinnamon bark, star anise, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, green cardamom, black cardamom,dessicated coconut, garlic flakes, fennel seeds (by including these whole aromatic spices the finished curry will have many layers of taste and aroma due to the highly aromatic natural oils from the cinnamon and star anise infusing the curry).
There are two 20g bags of curry paste in each pack. This allows you to decide how mild or hot your curry will be. The ingredients for the RED THAI CURRY PASTE: dried red chillis, garlic, lemongrass,salt,shallot,galangal,shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, and black pepper). The paste is made in Thailand and imported to the UK.

The packs are made at our home in Guisborough, North Yorkshire and supplied for the last 5 years to delis and other independent stores in North Yorkshire (our most well-known customers include Lewis and Cooper (Northallerton), Langtons (Ripon) and Country Butchers (Harrogate).
