Whole Cinnamon (50g)
50g of whole cinnamon. Our cinnamom is sourced from China and Vietnam. Add a piece of cinnamon to a curry and you will create both an additional layer of aroma and flavour. If you leave your curry to stand the essential oils in the cinnamon will infuse the curry. With supermarket bought curry sauces try adding a piece of cinnamon together with a couple of star anise and a few fennel seeds.
